Shipping & Delivery
Where we ship
Tanky ships to Australia, the United States and New Zealand. We don't currently ship to the EU, Canada, or other regions. Prices and shipping are shown in your local currency (AUD, USD or NZD), and the exact shipping cost for your order is displayed at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation email, and tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery windows are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary with carrier demand, remote delivery areas, or customs processing. The rate shown at checkout is final for that order.
CO₂ cartridges
Tanky runs on standard 16g threaded CO₂ cartridges — one per 2L fill, two per 5L fill.
- Australia — CO₂ is included in the box with your kegerator, and CO₂ multi-packs (5, 10 and 20 packs) can be purchased and shipped to you directly.
- United States & New Zealand — CO₂ is classified as dangerous goods and cannot currently be shipped by post to these countries. In the meantime, compatible 16g threaded CO₂ cartridges are inexpensive and widely available at retail (homebrew, kitchenware and sporting-goods stores). Direct CO₂ fulfilment for the United States is coming once our US warehouse is live. You can join the CO₂ waitlist on the product page to be notified.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Customs & duties (US & NZ)
Orders shipped outside Australia may, in some cases, attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated, your order is significantly delayed, or it arrives damaged, email hello@tanky.com.au with your order number (and a photo if it's a damage issue) and we'll sort it out.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always do our best to help.
