Fill
Pour your pre-mixed drink straight into the tank. Cocktails, wine, beer, cold brew, kombucha. Leave 10 to 15 percent headspace.
Pressurise
Twist in a 16g CO₂ cartridge until it hisses and stops. One per 2L fill, two per 5L. Wait 30 seconds for the regulator to settle.
Pour
Pull the tap, cold drinks on demand. Tilt the glass at 45° for a clean pour, just like behind a proper bar.

Warm soapy water, a flush of the tap line, air-dry. Same routine as any decent water bottle.
Empty any leftover liquid.
