Tanky is a portable drink dispenser with a tap. It dispenses prepared, chilled drinks without mains power. Follow the product instructions for your unit; for gas setup or hardware questions, contact hello@tanky.com.au.

The Mini 2L gives approximately 10-12 pours and suits smaller groups or plans where portability matters. The Big 5L gives approximately 25-30 pours and suits larger groups or fewer refills. Pours depend on serving size. For a bag, cooler or fridge, check the full assembled dimensions against your available space; fit is not guaranteed.

Follow the cleaning and safe-opening instructions for your exact Tanky. Hand wash only. If those instructions are missing, or the unit may still be pressurised, contact hello@tanky.com.au before opening or dismantling it. Do not use chat instructions to gas the tank for cleaning.

US Tanky preorders ship from Thursday, 17 September, with free shipping and a CO₂ starter pack. We’ll email your tracking link when your order ships; delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Use Tanky's specified food-grade cartridges for your unit. Our refills are sold in 5-, 10- and 20-packs. Do not assume a bike-pump or soda charger is compatible because it looks similar. Contact hello@tanky.com.au to confirm compatibility and the correct setup for your model.

Use chilled, thin, strained drink bases. Keep pulp, seeds, whole herbs, fruit pieces, ice, dairy, cream and frozen mixtures out of the tank; put garnish and ice in the glass.
