Pour your pre-mixed drink straight into the tank. Cocktails, wine, beer, cold brew, kombucha. Leave 10 to 15 percent headspace.
Twist in a 16g CO₂ cartridge until it hisses and stops. One per 2L fill, two per 5L. Wait 30 seconds for the regulator to settle.
Pull the tap, cold drinks on demand. Tilt the glass at 45° for a clean pour, just like behind a proper bar.

Worked great. Fairly easy set up. Instructions could be a little more detailed. Also not sure where all the small O rings go. Tried to use it on the CO2 cartridge, but it made it leak.

Tanky is a pretty cool item to have in your bar. I used it for the first time last weekend and it worked like a charm! Batching a cocktail is harder than you think, maybe the website could give recipies other than aporol spritzs (with recipies amounts for both the 2.5 and 5.0 liter tanks.
