- ·850ml filtered water, chilled
- ·1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- ·30ml maple syrup (optional)
Method
How you make it

Combine the cold-brew concentrate and chilled water in a jug at roughly 1 to 1. Taste and adjust the strength.

Stir in the vanilla and maple syrup if using.

Pour into the keg, seal and charge with CO₂. The pressure gives it a creamy, nitro-style cascade as it pours.
Serving tip
Best over one large clear ice cube. Add a splash of milk in the glass for a flat-white-on-tap, never dairy in the keg.
