Follow the cleaning and safe-opening instructions for your exact Tanky. Hand wash only. If those instructions are missing, or the unit may still be pressurised, contact hello@tanky.com.au before opening or dismantling it. Do not use chat instructions to gas the tank for cleaning.

Use only the cleaning method, temperatures and products specified in your Tanky's instructions. We cannot confirm a hot-water or vinegar procedure for your unit here. Email hello@tanky.com.au if you need the correct guide.

Clean and dry Tanky according to its product instructions before storage. Follow the storage directions for each drink ingredient; Tanky is not a guarantee that a drink remains safe for a fixed number of hours.

No, hand wash only. The double-walled stainless body and tap components aren't dishwasher safe.
