- ·500ml blanco tequila
- ·250ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
- ·125ml fresh lime juice
- ·75ml agave syrup
- ·800ml grapefruit soda or soda water, chilled
- ·Pinch of sea salt
Method
How you make it

Combine the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave in a jug. Stir until the agave fully dissolves.

Strain through a fine sieve into the keg so no pulp from the fresh juice gets through.

Add the chilled grapefruit soda and pinch of salt to the strained mixture.

Chill the mixture before serving. Follow the product instructions and fill mark for your unit; keep any excess mixture outside the tank.
Serving tip
Salt-rim the glass, fill with ice, and garnish with a grapefruit or lime wheel.
