- ·500ml blanco tequila
- ·250ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
- ·125ml fresh lime juice
- ·75ml agave syrup
- ·800ml grapefruit soda or soda water, chilled
- ·Pinch of sea salt
Method
How you make it

Combine the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave in a jug. Stir until the agave fully dissolves.

Strain through a fine sieve into the keg so no pulp from the fresh juice gets through.

Top with the chilled grapefruit soda and add the pinch of salt. Seal, gas with CO₂ and chill at least 30 minutes before pouring.
Serving tip
Salt-rim the glass, fill with ice, and garnish with a grapefruit or lime wheel.
