Makes about 11 pours

  • ·750ml vodka
  • ·450ml cold brew or strong espresso, cooled
  • ·375ml coffee liqueur (Kahlúa or similar)
  • ·150ml sugar syrup

Method

How you make it

    Brew the espresso or cold brew and let it cool completely. Warm coffee flattens the head.

  2. 2

    Combine the vodka, cooled coffee, coffee liqueur and sugar syrup in a jug. Stir until fully blended.

  3. 3

    Pour into the keg, seal, gas hard with CO₂ and chill at least 1 hour. The pressure builds the signature foam as it pours.

Serving tip

Pour into a chilled coupe and float three coffee beans on the crema.
