- ·450ml cold brew or strong espresso, cooled
- ·375ml coffee liqueur (Kahlúa or similar)
- ·150ml sugar syrup
Method
How you make it

Brew the espresso or cold brew and let it cool completely. Warm coffee flattens the head.

Combine the vodka, cooled coffee, coffee liqueur and sugar syrup in a jug. Stir until fully blended.

Pour into the keg, seal, gas hard with CO₂ and chill at least 1 hour. The pressure builds the signature foam as it pours.
Serving tip
Pour into a chilled coupe and float three coffee beans on the crema.
