- ·250ml pulp-free orange juice
- ·275ml soda water, chilled
- ·750ml prosecco, chilled
Method
How you make it

Combine the Aperol and orange juice in a jug and stir.

Pour into the keg, then add the chilled soda water.

Add the chilled prosecco last to protect the bubbles. Seal, gas gently with CO₂ and chill 30 minutes, then pour soon after for peak fizz.
Serving tip
Big wine glass, plenty of ice, half an orange wheel.
