- ·1000ml light Spanish red (Garnacha or Tempranillo)
- ·150ml brandy, ideally brandy de Jerez
- ·200ml pulp-free orange juice
- ·50ml sugar syrup
- ·350ml lemonade, chilled
Method
How you make it

Combine the measured red wine, brandy, orange juice and sugar syrup in a jug. Adjust sweetness in the serving glass, not by topping up the tank.

Pour into the keg, then top with the chilled lemonade last.

Chill the mixture before serving. Follow the product instructions and fill mark for your unit; keep any excess mixture outside the tank.
Serving tip
Drop the orange, lemon and apple slices into the glass, never the keg. Pour over ice.
