Lychee Rose Spritz
Floral, fragrant, unexpectedly addictive. Crowd favourite at weddings.
Ingredients
What you need
Makes about 11 pours
- ·450ml vodka
- ·450ml lychee juice (from canned lychees), strained
- ·100ml sugar syrup
- ·1 tbsp rosewater
- ·600ml prosecco, chilled
- ·150ml soda water, chilled
Method
How you make it

Combine the vodka, lychee juice, sugar syrup and rosewater in a jug. Stir, then taste, adding rosewater a few drops at a time as it overpowers fast.

Strain into the keg to catch any lychee pulp.

Add the chilled prosecco and soda water last to protect the bubbles. Seal, gas gently with CO₂ and chill 20 minutes, then pour soon after.
Serving tip
Drop a couple of dried rose petals and one canned lychee on a pick into the glass.
