Passionfruit Party Punch

- ·500ml white rum
- ·300ml strained passionfruit juice, no seeds
- ·400ml pineapple juice
- ·200ml fresh lime juice
- ·100ml sugar syrup
- ·300ml soda water, chilled
Method
How you make it

Strain the passionfruit fully so not a single seed remains, then strain the pineapple and lime juice too.

Combine the rum, passionfruit juice, pineapple juice, lime juice and sugar syrup in a jug. Stir well.

Pour into the keg, then top with the chilled soda water last. Seal, gas with CO₂ and chill 1 hour.
Serving tip
Tall glass over ice, and spoon a little fresh passionfruit on top in the glass, never in the keg.
