Passionfruit Party Punch

• ·500ml white rum
• ·300ml strained passionfruit juice, no seeds
• ·400ml pineapple juice
• ·200ml fresh lime juice
• ·100ml sugar syrup
• ·300ml soda water, chilled

Method

How you make it

   Strain the passionfruit fully so not a single seed remains, then strain the pineapple and lime juice too.

   Combine the rum, passionfruit juice, pineapple juice, lime juice and sugar syrup in a jug. Stir well.

   Add the chilled soda water last to the strained mixture.

   Chill the mixture before serving. Follow the product instructions and fill mark for your unit; keep any excess mixture outside the tank.
