- ·550ml blanco tequila
- ·700ml fresh watermelon juice, blended and strained
- ·275ml fresh lime juice
- ·275ml Cointreau
- ·Pinch of sea salt
Method
How you make it

Blend the watermelon and pass it through a fine sieve to get clear, pulp-free juice.

Combine the tequila, watermelon juice, lime juice and Cointreau in a jug. Stir well.

Strain once more into the keg to be sure no pulp gets through. Add the pinch of salt, seal, gas with CO₂ and chill at least 30 minutes.
Serving tip
Tajín or salt rim, a watermelon wedge on the glass, pour over crushed ice.
