We were on a boat. Classic. Sun out, tunes on, drinks flowing... kind of. But by the second round, it all started going downhill. Someone forgot the strainer. Ice was melting. Aperol Spritz was flying everywhere. Before long, half the crew was digging through the esky for bottles while the rest were drinking warm soda mixed with whatever they could find. That’s when it hit us. Why are we still mixing drinks mid-party like it’s 2009? That same weekend, we started batching our cocktails before leaving the house. Aperols went in one jug. Margaritas in another. Espresso martinis chilling in the fridge. We threw them into some rough refillable kegs we found online and figured out how to add CO₂ cartridges to keep them fresh. And it worked. Actually... it was sick. No more glass clutter. No more spills. Just cold drinks, on tap, all day long. So we took the idea and made it better.
