Yes, international shipments can have gaps in tracking updates, particularly between the origin scan and arrival in your country. If it's been more than 10 business days with no movement, contact us and we'll investigate.

Sorry about that. Email hello@tanky.com.au with your order number and a quick photo of what arrived (plus the packing slip if it's in the box) and we'll get the missing part out to you. Nothing to send back from your end.
That's a pick error on us, not you. Email your order number and a photo of what turned up and we'll send the correct one out. Keep the wrong item, there's no need to post it back.
Email hello@tanky.com.au with your order number and a few photos of the box and the unit. We'll sort a replacement under warranty and use the photos for the carrier claim, so there's no rush on them. Keep the damaged one, you won't need to return it.
