Shipping & returns

Delivery, returns, warranty, faulty units.

Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. In Australia your CO₂ cartridges ship in the box by ground freight; in the US and New Zealand, CO₂ is dangerous goods we can't post in just yet, so grab compatible 16g cartridges from any homebrew, kitchenware, or sporting-goods store for now (direct US delivery is coming once our US warehouse is live). We currently ship tanks to Australia, the USA, and New Zealand.

**Faulty or damaged:** If something arrives faulty or stops working within the warranty period, email us a photo or short video and we'll send a replacement part or full unit, no return needed. **Change of mind:** Due to our international fulfilment, we're unable to accept physical returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully. Full warranty and fault coverage details are on our warranty page.

All Tanky units come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures. If something stops working as it should, email us with a photo and we'll make it right, either a replacement part or a full replacement unit depending on the fault.

Email hello@tanky.com.au with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue. The team uses that to pinpoint the fault and send the right fix, usually a quick replacement part (tap set or regulator), or a full unit if it needs one. Most faults are a simple part swap, so it's sorted fast.

No. For anything faulty, damaged in transit, or sent in error, you keep the original, there's nothing to post back. Sending a photo or short video is all we need to confirm the fault, pick the right replacement, and log it for quality checks.

Because you don't have to return anything first, there's no waiting on a parcel coming back to us. Once you've emailed your order number and a photo or video, the team confirms the fault and ships your replacement, so the only wait is normal delivery time to your address.

We don't accept change-of-mind returns and the two sizes can't be swapped over practically, so the unit you ordered is yours. That said, email hello@tanky.com.au, we'd rather keep you happy than lose you over a size mix-up, and the team can often help you into the right one.
